Carol is a senior executive sales and marketing professional with more than 30 years’ experience in business-to-business and consumer packaged goods companies. Professionally, she has extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational design, global marketing, brand architecture design, brand development, brand management, product development, public relations, trade and customer marketing, process design, package design, ecommerce, social media marketing, event marketing, sales and key account management, and category management.
Carol was Divisional Vice President of Aquatic Marketing for United Pet Group, a global pet care concern, until fall of 2008. Prior to this, she held divisional leadership positions with both Pfizer and Warner-Lambert. Carol has been actively involved with the United Way of Roanoke Valley and the New River Valley Agency on Aging as a community volunteer and consultant.
Carol’s passion for developing leaders began with her rich experiences nearly 20 years ago as a participant in ICAN’s INFLUENCE Leadership Program. ICAN was in part the inspiration for WilderWeber. Operating for more than 20 years in the Omaha, Nebraska, area, ICAN has continued to serve leadership, men and women alike, in developing a committed network of high-impact leaders for its business and charitable communities.
Carol earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and education from Hamline University and has completed the course study for a Masters Degree in Organizational Communication at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Carol graduated from The Thunderbird School of Global Management in the Managerial Issues in the Global Enterprise Program.
Carol lives in Ozark, MO with Robert Weber, her husband. Their daughter is a cartographer and GIS specialist in northern Virginia.
